It is absolutely essential that companies choose an office design that will maximize work flow and synergy between their employees.
For those corporations that still choose to design their offices using cubicles or completely separate offices for their employees, these are the companies that continue to regularly experience low employee productivity.
This is mainly due to the fact that there is too much limiting communication between employees. What is needed is MORE communication between employees, not less, and this will allow everyone that is on the same team to be able to produce more each day.
