People have been told for years that doing exercises targetting the particular area you want to lose weight in is the way to go, but while its certainly true for people to infer that such routines will exercise the abdominal muscles and eventually have some positive effect and help you lose fat from your belly, it is actually untrue to say its specifically going to do that.
